We highly value your interest in our company and You visiting our website. We carefully review every tool we use on our website and the links to external websites and we do our utmost to protect your personal data. However we can accept no liability for their data protection policies, content or security.
What information does ECID collect from its Users?
ECID collects different types of personally identifiable information in order to be able to provide its services to You. Such information may include but is not limited to IP address, computer browser and operating system and in case you fill out a form on the website – names, telephone numbers, email addresses, County and other. Users provide all such information voluntarily through various order forms, contact forms, email messages sent to ECID, Online Chat, telephone, or by accepting cookies on the website, etc.

ECID’s website uses multiple web analytics tools provided by service partners such as, but not limited to Google Analytics and Hotjar to collect information about how you interact with our website and it’s the content, including, but not limited to what pages you visit, what site you visited prior to visiting our website, how much time you spend on each page, what operating system and web browser you use, and network and IP information. We use the information provided by these tools to improve our service and website experience. We use only secured service providers, which Privacy Policies and Data Protection Policies are compliant with the best practices and cover the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Does ECID disclose Users’ information to third parties?
All personal information collected by ECID is treated as strictly confidential. We may disclose User’s personal information if required by law. We may disclose part of Users’ personal information to our business partners, independent contractors or other third parties when this is required in order to provide the services you have ordered. For example your Credit card information may be provided for payment confirmation and verification to the partnering entity involved in processing your payment or to a third party Hardware Vendor, to assist in carrying out your orders.
ECID may transfer Users’ personal information on the occasion of a sale of the company’s business.
What does ECID do to prevent loss, misuse or alteration of Users information?
We guarantee that we strictly apply all industry standard security measures to protect your personal information.
